Ref.: Communicates essential fact.
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10% of the Market Law of
Values, and in exercise of the faculties conferred upon me, are communicated to you, at
essential factual nature of the Capital Advisors Real Estate Investment Fund –
Cemeteries Parks Foundation (the “Fund”), which on this date, held the
Ordinary and Extraordinary Assemblies of Fund Contributors, whose summons are
communicated to the Commission for the Financial Market by Essential Fact on the day
April 26, 2022.
At the aforementioned Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, the following was agreed:
i. Approve the annual account of the Fund, relating to the management and administration of the
and the financial statements for the year ended 31
December 2021.
ii. To elect as members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee for the financial year 2022
Paul Mazoyer Rabi, Ricardo Budinich Diez and Rodrigo Ravillet Llanos.
iii. Appoint Surlatina Auditores Limitada as an external audit firm for
to examine the accounts, balance sheet and other financial statements of the Fund for
the financial year 2022.
iv. Appoint Mario Corbo y Asociados and Colliers Chile as valorizers
economic of the Fund for the year 2022.
On the other hand, in the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors held after
the Ordinary Assembly indicated above, it was agreed as follows:
i. A 7-year extension of the Fund’s liquidation period. So it was agreed
amend Article 32* of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, providing that the

term of liquidation of the Fund is 14 years counted from the day 25 of May of
2015, without prejudice to any extensions.
ii. Modify the Internal Regulations of the Fund, with regard to the period indicated in
paragraph (iv)(2) of Article 32*, in order to make it consistent with Article 32*.
