In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, being duly empowered
for this purpose and in compliance with the liquidation procedure of Fondo de Inversión Desarrollo
Real Estate Spain One (the Fund), I come to inform that the distribution of a
provisional dividend of the Fund from the Net Profits Received corresponding to the
fiscal year ending December 31, 2023 for the total amount of €419,853.10 equivalent to
the amount of € 0.0594 per installment, considering a total of 7,068,234 installments subscribed and paid
of the Fund.
The payment of the provisional dividend will be made as of Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at
cash and in cash, in Euros, by nominative check or electronic transfer.
All contributors registered in the
record of contributors kept by the Administrator at midnight on the fifth business day prior to
the date on which payment will be made.
