Mr. President:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, being duly empowered
for this purpose and in compliance with the liquidation procedure of Fondo de Inversión Desarrollo
Real Estate Spain One (the Fund), I come to inform that there will be a decrease in
capital of the Fund for the total amount of €169,637.62 through a decrease in the value of the
contributions of the Fund in the amount of €0.024 per quota, considering a total of 7,068,234 quotas
subscribed and paid from the Fund.
The payment of the capital reduction will be made as of Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at
cash and in cash, in Euros, by nominative check or electronic transfer.
All contributors registered in the
record of contributors kept by the Administrator at midnight on the fifth business day prior to
the date on which payment will be made.
