Dear Sir or Madam:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph
of Article 10″ of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions
in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of the
2006 Development Independence Investment Fund in Liquidation (the “Fund”), the
following resolutions adopted at the Ordinary and Extraordinary Contributors’ Assemblies
of the Fund held on April 13, 2023.
At the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors, the annual account of the Fund was approved, which was presented
the Administrator regarding the management and administration of the same. It is also
approved the Financial Statements for the year ended 31
December 2022.
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors:
l. The final account of the term of liquidation of the Fund that he presented was approved.
Independencia Administradora General de Fondos S.A.;
2. The final and total decrease in the capital of the Fund was noted and it was approved to give
the liquidation process has been completed; and
3. Additional agreements were adopted necessary to process, authorize and legalize the
agreements indicated above.
