Real Estate Development 2006 in
Liquidation.
From our consideration:
We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of
Independencia Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), agreed
summon to Ordinary and Extraordinary Assembly of Investment Fund Contributors
Real Estate Development 2006 in Liquidation (the “Fund”), to be held on 13
April 2023 at 9:30 am at the offices of the Administrator, located in Rosario
Norte 100, oficina 1501, comuna de las Condes, in order to treat in it the following
matters:
Ordinary Assembly of Contributors to be held at 9:30 a.m., to discuss the
following matters:
1. Approve the annual account of the Fund to be submitted by the Administrator regarding the
management and administration thereof and approve the Financial Statements
corresponding;
2. Any matter of common interest of the Contributors that is not specific to a
Extraordinary Assembly.
Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors to be held immediately at
continuation of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors for:
1. To approve the final account of the term of the liquidation of the Fund to be presented by the
Administrator;
2. To approve the final and total decrease in the capital of the Fund and to terminate the
liquidation process; and
3. Adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions of
the Assembly.
PUBLICATION OF THE FUND’S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
It is reported that the Financial Statements of the Fund and the opinion of the enterprise of
external audit were published on the website of the Administrator
http://www.indafi.cl/desarrollo-inmobiliario-2006/, in the “Financial Statements” section
dated March 22, 2023.
RIGHT _A PARTICIPATE IN ASSEMBLIES AND VOTING
DISTANCE.
Contributors who are registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of their
celebration.
In accordance with the provisions of the Commission for the Financial Market in the Standard
of General Character N* 435 and in Official Circular 1141, both dated March 18,
2020, the Contributors are informed that they will be able to attend and vote in the Assemblies for
technological means.
Contributors must report no later than 6:00 p.m. on April 12, 2023,
whether they will participate in the Assemblies by such means, by sending an email to the
address cgevertMindependencia-sa.cl, in which they must inform the name of the
contributor or representative who will attend and attach the documents that account for his
Identity and Personality. More information about the background to be attached and the
Accreditation to the Assemblies is available on the website

The participation, attendance and voting of the Contributors who participate in the Assemblies
By technological means, it will be carried out through the online video-conferencing system
called “ZOOM”. Further details on the operation of such a system are
are available on the website referred to in the preceding paragraph.
QUALIFICATION OF POWERS.
The qualification of powers, in the case of Contributors or representatives attending the
Assemblies by technological means, shall be made in advance of the same, of
in accordance with the procedures outlined in this notice and the website indicated. By
its part, in the case of Contributors who participate in the Assemblies in person,
if applicable, the qualification of powers shall be made on the same day as the Assemblies, at the
place where it is to be held and at the time it is to begin.
