From our consideration:
In extraordinary session of the board of directors of Independencia
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administradora”), held on 20
December 2022, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend from the Investment Fund
Real Estate Development 2006 in Liquidation, charged to the profits of the year, for the
amount of $19,000 for each installment subscribed and paid that is entitled to a dividend to the
Date of payment indicated below.
This dividend will be paid in cash at the offices of the
Management company as of December 28, 2022, having the right to it
all those contributors registered in the respective Registry on the fifth business day prior to
the date of payment, i.e. 22 December 2022 and the number of instalments of which
are holders on that same date, corresponding, in short, to each installment the amount
resulting from dividing the above quantity by the number of quotas subscribed, and
paid from the Fund on the fifth business day preceding the date fixed for payment.
