From our consideration:
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of Independencia Administradora
General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), held on September 20, 2022,
agreed to distribute a provisional dividend from the Real Estate Development Investment Fund 2006 in
Settlement, charged to its profits for the year, in the amount of $45,000 for each installment
subscribed and paid that is entitled to a dividend on the date of payment indicated below.
This dividend will be paid in cash at the company’s offices.
Administrator as of September 26, 2022, all those who are entitled to it
contributors registered in the respective Registry on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment, that is,
as of September 20, 2022 and by an amount equivalent to the amount indicated above, multiplied by
the number of quotas held by them as of the same date.
