Ref.: Communicates summons to Ordinary Assembly and
Extraordinary Fund Contributors of
Real Estate Development Investment 2006 in
Liquidation.
From our consideration:
We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Independencia
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), agreed to summon the Ordinary Assembly
and Extraordinary Contributors of Real Estate Development Investment Fund 2006 en
Liquidation (the “Fund”), to be held on April 29, 2022 at the offices of the
Administrator, located at Rosario Norte 100, office 1501, commune of Las Condes, in order to
Deal with the following subjects:
Ordinary Assembly of Contributors to be held at 9:30 a.m., to discuss the following
matters:
1. – Approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Administrator regarding the management and
administration thereof and approve the Financial Statements for the year 2021;
2. To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and fix their remuneration;
3. Approve the budget for the expenses of the Oversight Committee;
4. Appoint the External Auditors of the Fund;
5. Any matter of common interest of the Contributors that is not specific to an Assembly
Extraordinary.
Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors to be held immediately following the
Ordinary Assembly of Contributors for:
1. Report on the liquidation process of the Fund;
2. Agree on a new deadline for completing the liquidation of the Fund;
3. Approve the establishment of the new powers and duties of the liquidator in case of being
necessary;
4. To decide on the appointment of two independent consultants; and
5. Adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions of the
assembly.
PUBLICATION OF THE FUND’S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
It is reported that the Financial Statements of the Fund and the opinion of the external audit firm
were published on the website of the Administrator http://www.indafi.cl/desarrollo-
real estate-2006/, in the “Financial Statements” section dated March 22, 2022,

The annual report of the Fund will be available to Contributors and the general public.

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ASSEMBLIES AND REMOTE VOTING
Contributors who are registered in the Registry will have the right to participate in the Assemblies.

In accordance with the provisions of the Commission for the Financial Market in the
General Character N* 435 and in Circular Letter 1141, both dated March 18, 2020,
informs the Contributors that they will be able to attend and vote in the Assemblies by means

The participation, attendance and voting of the Contributors who participate in the Assemblies by means
technological, will be done through the online video-conferencing system called “ZOOM”.

QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of powers, in the case of Contributors or representatives who attend remotely
alas Assemblies by technological means, will be carried out in advance of the same, in accordance with
with the procedures indicated in this notice and the indicated website. On the other hand, in the case of
the Contributors who participate in the Assemblies in person, if applicable, the qualification
of powers shall be held on the same day as the Assemblies, at the place of their celebration and at the time in
that needs to be started.
