30 of the Commission, the undersigned, duly empowered for such purpose, hereby informs you as a Material Fact of
Reactiva Transmisora de Energía S.A. (hereinafter, “the Company”), the following:
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 28, 2023, at the Company’s offices located at Avda.
Apoquindo 4501, 15th floor, Las Condes, Santiago, the following matters were discussed:
1. The Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Statement of Income of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2007 were approved.
on December 31, 2022;
2. The External Auditors’ Report was approved;
The external audit firm KPMG Consultores y Auditores Limitada was appointed for the 2023 fiscal year;
4. It was unanimously approved not to distribute dividends for fiscal year 2022;
5. The Board of Directors of the Company was elected as follows: Santiago Carlos Oraa Gil, Jaime Luis Sáenz Denis and Alan Heinen.

6. Transactions with related entities referred to in Articles 44 and 89 of the Corporate Law were reported.
