Pursuant to the provisions of Article 90 and the second paragraph of Article 100, both of Law 18,045, on the Stock Market, and
of Securities, in accordance with the provisions of Law 18,046, on Corporations, and the General Rule NO
30 of the Commission, the undersigned, duly empowered for such purpose, hereby informs you as a Material Fact of
Reactiva Transmisora de Energía S.A. (hereinafter, “the Company”), regarding the Board Meeting held with the same
date, that is:
At the Board meeting held on April 27 of this year, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed to summon the Board of Directors.
Ordinary Shareholders to be held on April 28, 2023, at 12:30 p.m., in order to submit for consideration
of the shareholders the following matters:
Approval of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Income Statement ended on December 31, 2022;
Approval of the Report of the External Auditors;
Appointment of External Auditors for the financial year 2023;
Election of the Board of Directors of the Company;

6. Operations with related entities referred to in Articles 44 and 89 of the Law on Corporations; and

Designation of the newspaper in which the publications ordered by the Law of Corporations must be made.
