By virtue of the provisions of article 9% and second paragraph of article 100, both of Law 18,045, on Market
of Securities, in accordance with the provisions of Law 18,046, on Corporations, and the General Rule NO
30 of the Commission, the undersigned, duly empowered for such purpose, hereby informs you as a Material Fact of
Reactiva Transmisora de Energía S.A. (hereinafter, “the Company”), and that says relationship with its administration, those who were
informed and agreed at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 10, 2023, that is:
1. Cessation of functions of the director Mr. José Ángel Lostao Unzu on March 31 of this year; and
2. Appointment of a new Board of Directors of the Company, consisting of Jaime Sáenz Denis, Santiago Oraa Gil
and Alan Heinen Alves Da Silva, who will exercise their functions until the celebration of the next Ordinary Meeting
of Shareholders.
