Dear Sir or Madam,
By virtue of the provisions of articles 90 and 100 of Law 18,045, on the
Securities, in accordance with the provisions of Article 63% of Law 18,046, on Companies
Anonymous, and the General Rule N”%30 of the Commission in charge, the undersigned,
duly authorized for this purpose, informs as an Essential Fact of Reactive
Transmisora de Energía S.A. (hereinafter, “the Company”), the following:
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on September 6, 2022, at the
offices of the Company located at Avda. Apoquindo 4501, 19th Floor, Office 1902, commune of
Las Condes, Santiago, the following matters were discussed:
1. The Company’s Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Income Statement were approved
corresponding to the year ended December 31, 2021.
2. The Report of the External Auditors was approved.
3. The external audit firm KPMG Consultores y Auditores was appointed
Limited for fiscal year 2022.
4, It was unanimously approved not to distribute dividends charged to the 2021 financial year.
5. The Board of Directors of the Company was elected.
6. Operations were reported with related entities referred to in the
Articles 44 and 89 of the Law on Corporations.
7. The newspaper El Mostrador was designated to carry out the publications ordered by the
Law of Corporations.
8. The Policy for determining Distributable Net Income was defined.
