Dear Sir or Madam,
By virtue of the provisions of articles 90 and 10% of Law 18,045, on the Securities Market,
in accordance with the provisions of Article 63% of Law 18,046, on Corporations, and the
General Character N030 of the Commission in charge, the undersigned, duly empowered for this purpose,
reports as an Essential Fact of Reactiva Transmisora de Energía S.A. (hereinafter, “the
Society”), as follows:
At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on September 1 of this year, the Board of Directors of
the Company agreed to convene an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on September 6, 2022, at
10:30 a.m., in order to submit the following matters for consideration by shareholders:
1.
DNAON
Approval of the Company’s Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Income Statement
for the year ended 31 December 2021;
Approval of the Report of the External Auditors;
Appointment of External Auditors for the financial year 2022;
Distribution of profits and distribution of dividends for the year 2021;
Election of the Board of Directors of the Company;
Operations with related entities referred to in Articles 44 and 89 of the Law
on Corporations;
Designation of the newspaper in which the publications ordered by the Law on
Corporations; and
Policy definition to determine the Distributable Liquid Profit.
