modification Company Raimundo López Auditores Consultores Ltda.
We hereby inform that on March 8 the deed of
modification, Complementation and Clarification to the deed of Modification and
Transformation of the Company “Raimundo López Auditores Consultores Asociados Spa” to
“Raimundo López Auditores Consultores Asociados Limitada”, dated 14 December
2022 in response to the observations made in Ordinary Letter N*13.242 dated 07
February 2023.
It is reported as required in letter f) section II of general rule N* 275,
The modifications made on March 8, 2023, and their respective protocolization
of the extract dated March 8, 2023, before the notary Alfredo Martín Illanes, Lawyer,
Notary holder 15% Notary of Santiago, Mardoqueo Fernández n* 201 offices 101 and 102,
Ruling, Registration in the commercial registry on pages 27403 number 12537 of the registry
of Commerce of Santiago, dated March 24, 2023 and published in the Official Gazette with
Date March 30, 2023.
In the deed of Modification, complementation and clarification the following are indicated
points to the public deed dated December fourteen, two thousand and twenty-two, Repertoire
number five thousand seven hundred and eighty-one indent two thousand twenty-two, granted before Don R.
Alfredo Martin Illanes, Notary Public of the Fifteenth Notary of Santiago, and
your extract registered in the Commercial Register of the Real Estate Conservator of
Santiago, corresponding to the year two thousand twenty-two, to pages one hundred and five thousand seven hundred and seventy
and five, number forty-six thousand six hundred and seventy-five and was published in the Journal
Official of the twenty-third day of December of the same year:
