In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and number 5.1.7 of Section IV of General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter the “CMF”), being duly authorized, we inform as an essential fact that with this same date, Quiñenco S.A. has carried out in the local market a placement of dematerialized bearer bonds, all belonging to Series Z (hereinafter the “Series Z Bonds”), issued under the line registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF, under No. 930.
The placement of the Series Z Bonds, which have a maturity date of June 1, 2050, was carried out for a total of 5 million Development Units, at an average placement rate of 2.98%.
