Ref: Communicates Essential Fact call to Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10? of Law No.
18.045 of the Securities Market, Article 59 of Law N* 18.046, informs you that in
Ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 24, 2023, the Board of Directors of the
The company agreed to call an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for April 18, 2023, at
09: 30 hours in Avda. Américo Vespucio N* 01220, commune of Quilicura, Santiago. The
matters to be discussed at the Board are:
1. To decide on the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31
December 2022 and account for the progress of social business.
2. To decide on the distribution of dividends for the financial year 2022 and on the policy of
dividends for 2023.
3. Election of the Board of Directors and determination of their remuneration.
4. To account for the operations carried out by the Company referred to in Title XVI of
Law No. 18.046.
5. Approve the reports of the External Auditors for the financial year 2022 and appoint the
External Auditors for the financial year 2023.
6. Designate the newspaper in which the social publications will be made.
7. Any other matter of social interest that is within the competence of the Ordinary Meeting
of Shareholders.
PARTICIPATION IN THE BOARD
The following shall have the right to participate in the Meeting and to exercise their right to speak and vote in it, the
shareholders registered in the respective Registry, at midnight on the fifth day
skillful prior to the day of its celebration.
It is recorded that three notices of summons will be published to the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholder, in the “Diario Financiero” on April 3, 13 and 14, all of 2023.
