Ref. Merger of funds Quest Renta Local Investment Fund and Quest Debt Chile
Investment Grade Investment Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Article 9 “and subsection
second of article 10% of Law No. 18,045, Securities Market Law, finding myself
duly authorized for this purpose, I hereby inform you that, in session
of the board of directors of this Administrator, the merger by absorption between Quest Renta Local Fund was agreed
de Inversión (the “Absorbing Fund”) and Quest Deuda Chile Investment Grade Investment Fund (the
“Merging Fund”), through the incorporation of all the assets and contributors of the
Absorbed Fund to the Absorbing Fund, which, for all legal purposes, is the legal continuator
of the merged funds.
Likewise, and dated April 26, 2022, in compliance with the provisions of the Character Standard
General Rule No 365 and General Rule No 370, both of that Commission, proceeded to
deposit the consolidated text of the Rules of Procedure of the Receiving Fund in the Register
Public Deposits of Internal Regulations, which will take effect on May 26, 2022,
Same date on which the merger of the investment funds will materialize.
