Definitive Dividend
From our consideration:
Pursuant to Articles 9 and 10? of Law No. 18.045 of
Stock Market, and in exercise of the powers conferred on me, I inform you that in accordance with the
financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021 of Quest Doble Impacto
Investment Fund, approved at the Board Meeting on March 21, 2022, and ratified at
Ordinary Assembly of Contributors on May 31, 2022 there are net benefits received
may be distributed as a definitive dividend.
That said, the Board of Directors of the Administrator agreed that the distribution of the final dividend of Quest
Double Impact Investment Fund, charged to the net profit received as of December 31, 2021, is
materialize as follows:
e The amount to be paid per installment will be the one resulting from dividing the amount of $ 179,535,137, by the number
of dues subscribed and paid at midnight on the 5th business day prior to the date fixed for payment.
e The dividend will be paid as of June 20, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator,
located at Avenida Las Condes 11.700, Torre A, piso 10, Vitacura, Santiago, Monday through Friday,
9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
e Contributors who are registered in the Contributors Registry will be entitled to dividends
at midnight on the working day preceding the date fixed for payment, in proportion to the number of
Fees held at that date, by check or electronic transfer in checking account
Bank.
