Berthet, both with effect from 31 December 2022.
e Also, with effect from 1? of January 2023, the Board has appointed
as General Manager to Mr. Matías Concha Berthet and as Director, until the
next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, to Mr. Luis Grez Jordán.
