At today’s session, the Board of Directors of the Society appointed Mr.
Cristóbal Eyzaguirre Baeza as the new director of the Company, due to the vacancy generated
for the death of our beloved President Mr. Juan Antonio Álvarez Avendaño (+)
In addition, in the same Session, Mr. Cristóbal Eyzaguirre
Baeza was appointed as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Baltazar Sánchez Guzmán
was ratified as Vice-President.
