In accordance with the provisions of article 9″ and paragraph 2″ of article 10%, both of the
Law N* 18.045 on the Securities Market, as well as in the General Standard N? 30 and Circular
N? 660 both of the Commission for the Financial Market, the undersigned duly empowered to the
effect, communicates as essential information that the Board of Puerto Ventanas S.A., in
Ordinary session, held on March 21, agreed unanimously of its members
present propose to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company, to be held on April 18
of 2023, the distribution of an additional final dividend of US$0.002932 from the States
United States of America per share, charged to earnings for the year ended December 31
of 2022, in its equivalent in pesos of legal tender according to the dollar exchange rate
Observed on April 21, 2023.
If this additional final dividend is approved by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting,
will propose its payment as of April 27, 2023, to the shareholders who are registered
in the Register of Shareholders of the Company on the fifth business day preceding that date, that is, the
April 21, 2023.
