the essential facts reported to the Commission for the Financial Market with
dated 3 and 16 September in progress, by which the
occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure that caused the
paralysis of the port’s activities, due to access blockages and
other de facto actions carried out by persons linked to Trade Union N*2 of
Puerto Ventanas, we present that, given the nature of the facts, the
Financial-accounting impact is estimated to be in the order of two million five hundred thousand
United States dollars.
