From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Circular N* 660 of the Commission for the Market
Financial, we hereby inform you that, in the Ordinary Directory of Puerto
Ventanas S.A., held on August 23, 2022, agreed to distribute a dividend
provisional US$0.002240 per share, charged to 2022 earnings, in its
equivalent pesos, to legal tender, according to the observed dollar exchange rate of
September 06, 2022.
The provisional dividend shall be paid by means of nominative cheques in pesos, starting with
of September 12, 2022, Monday to Friday from 09:00 Hrs., until 17:00
Hrs., in Av. El Golf N* 140, first floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago. Shareholders
prevented from collecting the aforementioned dividend personally may do so through a
third party to represent them, who must concur with a power of attorney. In addition, it was arranged
that those shareholders who have so requested in writing to the Company, the
Dividend will be deposited in the bank or savings current account that they had
indicated, or a voucher will be sent by registered mail to the address indicated in the
request.
Shareholders who are registered in the
Registration of Shareholders five working days in advance of the date from which
the dividend shall be paid; that is, on September 06, 2022.

The notice in the press by which the shareholders will be informed of the payment
of this provisional dividend will be published in the newspaper El Libero Digital, on September 8
2022.
