Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9* and paragraph 2 of Article 10, both of Law N2 18,045,
in relation to General Standard N2 30 and its subsequent amendments, and
duly authorized, I comply with communicating to you as an essential fact, that the Board of Directors in
extraordinary session held on March 28, 2023 it was agreed to convene the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders for next April 17, at 12:00 noon, in the city of Santiago, in dependencies
of the society, Avenida Apoquindo 4001, office 501, Las Condes, Santiago, in order to know and
Resolve the following matters:
ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS MEETING
IS
To pronounce on the Report, the General Balance Sheet, the Income Statement and the Report of the
External Auditors for the year ended December 31, 2022.
2. Decide on the destination and distribution of the profits of the referred year.
3. Appointment of External Auditors.
4. Renewal of the Board of Directors.
5. Give an account of social businesses and operations with related (companies or people)
of the Company, referred to in Law N2 18,046.
6. Newspaper designation for social publications.
7. To deal with other matters of social interest, within the competence of the Ordinary Meeting, in accordance with the
Law and the Statutes.
I also inform you that the publication of the Financial Statements and Report of the Auditors
External with respect to which the shareholders must be pfonuntia in the ordinary meeting referred to
will be held on March 31, 2023, on the website of Puerto Terrestre Los Andes Sociedad
Concesionaria S.A. (www.ptla.cl).
