From our consideration,
Hereby and in pursuance of instructions from your commission,
we come to rectify the Essential Fact dated March 30, 2022, since by a
unintentional error was indicated as the date for the next Shareholders’ Meeting on the 15th
of April 2022, it should be noted that the resolution adopted in the Board of Directors dated 30
of March was to convene the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for April 18
next, at 12:00 hours, in the city of Santiago, in dependencies of the society,
Avenida Apoquindo 4001, office 501, Las Condes, Santiago.
In what has not been rectified, it remains fully validEssential Fact dated March 30,
2022.
