That, at the Board of Directors meeting of the Company held on April 25, 2022, it was elected as
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sociedad Punta del Cobre S.A., Mr. Juan Hurtado Vicuña and as
Vice-President to Mr. Cristian Arnolds Reyes.
In the same session referred to above, the independent director Mr. Pablo Echeverría Benítez
proceeded to appoint the directors Mr. Pedro Hurtado Vicuña and Mr. Agustín Izquierdo Etchebarne
to join the Board of Directors of the Company.
