Dear Sir or Madam:
Hereby, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18? of the
Law No. 20,712 on Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, Article 9?
and the second paragraph of article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation
to the provisions of General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding myself
duly authorized, I hereby communicate to you the following information as
Essential Fact with respect to Private Equity I Investment Fund (the “Fund”).
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors (the “Assembly”),
held on December 20, 2022, it was agreed for 100% of the quotas entitled to
I vote, among others, on the following:
i Agree and approve the division of Private Equity I Investment Fund, which would be maintained
in force for all the purposes to which it would give rise, creating for this purpose two new funds of
non-redeemable public investment that would be called Private Equity Real Estate Fund
Investment and Private Equity Infrastructure Investment Fund (both jointly
referred to as the “New Funds”), whose contributors would be the same contributors of
Private Equity 1 Investment Fund, all in accordance with the provisions of article 74
letter e) of Law N* 20.712;
ii. Approve the financial background that will serve as the basis for division and distribution
from part of the assets and liabilities of Private Equity 1 Investment Fund to the New Funds;

Approve the proportion of the distribution of the assets of Private Equity 1 Fund of
Investment in New Funds;
Approve the Internal Regulations of the New Funds;
Agree on a capital decrease of Private Equity 1 Investment Fund, for the purposes of
materialize the division; and
Broadly empower the Board of Directors of the Administrator to proceed with the
materialization of the division, the decrease of capital of Private Equity 1 Fund of
Investment, placement of quotas and deposit of the Internal Regulations of the New
Funds in the Public Registry of Deposit of Internal Regulations that for this purpose carries the
Commission for the Financial Market, and perform all necessary or relevant acts
to materialize the above.
In accordance with the provisions of General Standard N? 365 of this Commission and what has been agreed
in the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund, the division will materialize and legalize
the next working day of the deposit of the Internal Regulations of the New Funds in the Registry
Public Deposit of Internal Regulations that the Commission carries for this purpose.
