REF: Essential fact. Full Capital Decrease
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article Nine and Ten, both of Law No. 18,045 and
Circular N”991, on behalf of Principal Compañía de Seguros de Vida Chile S.A. (the
Society), and being duly empowered to do so, I come to inform you, that by
public deed dated October 28, 2022, granted at the Notary of Doña María Patricia
Donoso Gomien, the decrease of the Company’s full capital was declared.
The above declaration was made whenever the capital increase agreed in the
Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated September 14, 2019, reduced to deed
public dated September 16, 2019 at the Notary of Santiago de don Rene
Benavente Cash, was not subscribed within the term of 3 years. In this way, capital has
reduced to the amount actually paid on the expiry of that term, of
compliance with the provisions of Article 24 of the Law on Corporations and Article
18 and 46 of its Rules of Procedure.
