In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, in relation to the provisions of the
subsection 2″ of Article 9 of D.F.L. N* 251 and in Section 1, numeral 1.1.4.1 of Circular N” 991,
and Circular No. 660, both of the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance, now called the Commission.
for the Financial Market, and especially empowered to do so, I comply with informing that Board
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company, held on April 29 of the current year,
agreed to pay a final dividend of $10,000,000,000.-, equivalent to $2,388.8515.- for
share, charged to 2021 earnings.
The payment of the dividend will be made on June 23 of the present, and they will be entitled to this
dividend shareholders who are registered as such in the Register of Shareholders of
the Company, on the fifth business day preceding the date established for payment by the Board
Ordinary Shareholders in accordance with the Law.
We attach Form N” 1 according to the provisions of Circular N” 660.
