From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9* and paragraph 2 of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on
Securities Market, and specially empowered for this purpose, I comply with informing that the Board
Ordinary Shareholders of Principal Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Company”)
held on April 29 of this year agreed to renew in its entirety the Board of Directors of
the Society.
On that occasion they were elected in accordance with the bylaws, for a period of
