From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of articles 9 and 10% of Law N?
18.045 of the Securities Market and Article 18 of Law No. 20.712 on Administration
of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios. being duly authorized, by
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Prime Investment Fund-
Infrastructure II, (the “Fund”), which at the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors held
On December 6, 2022, it was agreed to make a capital reduction, through
the decrease in the value of each of the contributions of the Fund, by a total amount of
$3,911,507,600, equivalent to $2,275 per Fund quota.
The capital decrease will materialize on December 13
of 2022 and will be payable as of that date, at the offices of CMB – Prime
Administradora General de Fondos S.A.. in Avenida Apoquindo N* 3.000, office 1.602,
commune of Las Condes, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in pesos national currency, in cash, check
or electronic transfer and will have the right to participate in said capital decrease. the
contributors registered in the Contributors Registry on the fifth business day prior to the date of
payment.
