Dear Sir or Madam:
By virtue of the provisions of articles 9 and 10% of Law N*
18.045 of the Securities Market and Article 18 of Law No. 20.712 on Administration
of Third Party Funds and individual Portfolios, being duly authorized, by
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Prime Investment Fund-
Infrastructure, (the “Fund”), which in board session of its administrator CMB-Prime
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Company”) held on 13
September 2022, the distribution of provisional dividends for contributors was agreed
background.
The provisional dividends of the Fund shall be distributed from
Net Profits Received, according to the terms established in the Internal Regulations of the
Fund, for the total amount of $2,420,683,153, which is equivalent to this date to $1,813 per quota,
considering a total of 1,335,181 installments subscribed and paid.
The payment of the dividend indicated will be made from the 29th day of
September 2022, to Contributors who are registered in the respective registry, to
midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments
that they are holders on that date, by electronic transfer of funds in account
stream.
