In accordance with the provisions of section V.A of General Standard No. 275 issued by your Commission (formerly the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance) on January 19, 2010, as amended by General Standard No. 355 dated December 2, 2013, we hereby communicate the following significant event in relation to PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultores, Auditores y Compañía Limitada, Rol Único Tributario No. 81,513,400-1, registered in the Register of External Auditing Firms under No. 8 (hereinafter, “PwC Chile”).
On this date, we inform the retirement from PwC Chile of Mr. Rodrigo Leiva B., who was a partner of our firm.
The legal background supporting the aforementioned event will be forwarded to this Commission in accordance with the provisions of NCG No. 275, once the corresponding legal formalities have been completed.
