From our consideration:
In accordance with section V. A of the General Standard number 275 of
issued by your Commission (formerly Superintendency of Securities and Insurance) on January 19,
2010, as amended by General Standard No. 355 of 2 December 2013,
We communicate the following relevant fact in relation to PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultores
Auditores SpA, Rol Único Tributario N” 81.513.400-1, registered in the Register of Companies of
External Audit under the N? 8 (hereinafter, “PwC Chile”).
As of today, November 15, 2022, the partners of PwC Chile have unanimously agreed to
transform the entity into a limited liability company. Therefore, and product of the
transformation indicated above, the new corporate name of the company will be “PricewaterhouseCoopers
Consultants, Auditors and Limited Company”.
It is noted that PwC Chile will maintain full continuity in its business and the same Unique Role
Tributary, since this transformation only corresponds to a change of species or social type of the
company, carried out by reform of its statutes, subsisting its legal personality.
The legal background supporting the facts reported above will be referred to this
Commission in accordance with the provisions of NCG N*275, once the formalities have been completed
legal that for each case correspond.
