Madam President,
In compliance with the provisions of Section V.A of General Standard No. 275
of 2010, we communicate the following relevant fact of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultores
Auditores SpA (“PwC Chile”), registered in the Register of External Audit Companies under the
N’8.
After completing the transitional admission process, they join as partners
PwC Chile bylaws, with effect from today, Mr. Gonzalo Riederer Herrera, Mr.
Michell Reyes Carrasco and Silvina Peluso González, who currently work
in the Audit department.
We further inform you that, in accordance with our internal retirement rules, Mr.
Guido Mario Licci Pino partner of the Audit Department and Mr. Luis Alejandro Joignant
Pacheco, partner of the Legal and Tax department, retires as active partners of
PwC Chile as of this date. Mr. Joignant will continue to serve our
signature.
Due to the above, Mr. Licci has ceased to have the status of partner qualified to direct,
conduct and subscribe audit reports and, consequently, the record kept for that purpose by
this Commission will have to be updated.
The incorporation and withdrawal of the aforementioned partners will be duly formalized at
through the amendment of the bylaws of PwC Chile and the corresponding
subscription of shares, copies of which shall be forwarded to this Commission once they have been
completed the legal formalities that correspond to each case, together with the
Personal background required by applicable regulations.
