Ref.: Announces the holding of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10% of
Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and General Rule No. 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, and duly authorized, I inform you of the following,
as an essential fact of Potasios de Chile S.A. (the “Company”):
That, on April 28, 2023, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the
Society, in which the following agreements were approved, among others:
The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and report of the company
external audit, for the year ended 31 December
Year 2022.
Shareholders agreed to ratify the interim dividends paid
amounting to the sum of MUS$ 9,119 and approved the distribution of 52.5% of
distributable net profits for 2022, which corresponds to
MUS$167,442; approving to distribute the balance of the distributable profits of the
fiscal year 2022, amounting to MUS$158,323, which will be paid at the rate of
US$0.06775805 per Series A share and US$0.07453386 per share
Series B, to be paid to shareholders as of May 23, 2023,
in its equivalent in pesos national currency, according to the value of the Dollar
Noting that it will be published in the Official Journal on 19 May
2023.
Pricewaterhouse Coopers Consultores Auditores SpA was appointed as
External audit firm for the year 2023.

4. Other matters of social interest within the competence of the Ordinary Meeting were dealt with
of Shareholders of the Company.
A copy of the minutes of the ordinary meeting shall be sent in due course to the Commission for the
Financial market.
