In compliance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10? of
Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market and General Standard N? 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, and duly authorized, I inform you of the following,
as an essential fact of Potasios de Chile S.A. (the “Company”):
In a meeting held on May 26, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed
distribute an interim dividend of US$ 0.00390271 for each Series A and US$ share
0.00429299 for each Series B share, charged to 2022 earnings.
The provisional dividend will be paid to shareholders as of June 23
of 2022, in its equivalent in pesos national currency, according to the value of the Dollar
Noted that it will be published in the Official Journal on 13 June 2022.
Those shareholders of the Company who are entitled to the dividend
registered in the respective Registry, on the fifth working day preceding that on which the
same.
In accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 660 of 1986 of that Commission,
attached to this filing Form N* 1 giving an account of the information relating to the
Provisional dividend agreed.
