Dear Sir or Madam:
In my capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Port Company
Talcahuano San Vicente, duly empowered under the
provided in articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the
Values, I come to report as an Essential Fact, the following:
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of the Talcahuano Port Company
Saint Vincent celebrated on September 23, 2022, the unanimity of
the directors agreed to terminate the employment relationship with the General Manager
of Empresa Portuaria Talcahuano San Vicente, Mr. Rodrigo Monsalve
Riquelme; The last working day will be October 5, 2022.
Likewise, the unanimity of the directors agreed to appoint as Manager
Acting General to Mr. Arturo Morello Fuentes, current Manager of
Administration and Finance, until a new Manager is appointed
General, or until the Board of Directors deems it appropriate. The Manager
Acting General will assume his duties on October 6, 2022.
Directors expressed their agreement and appreciation for the
work developed by Mr. Rodrigo Monsalve Riquelme.
