Meeting of May 19, 2022 Appoint the following persons as directors
of this company:
1. Ms. Sally Bendersky Schachner, who was appointed President of the
Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Raimundo Cruzat Correa, from 23
May 2022 to October 1, 2023.
2. Mr. The meeting was replaced by Ms. Renato Silva Becerra, in place of Ms. Mónica Ríos Brehm,
from May 23, 2022 to October 1, 2023.
