Empresa Portuaria Puerto Montt, and duly authorized for this purpose, by virtue of

By resolution adopted at a meeting specially convened for that purpose,
held on July 4, 2022, the Board of Directors of Empresa Portuaria Puerto Montt
has appointed Mr. Edmundo as General Manager
Silva Martel, who had held the position on an interim basis since March 25
past.
