The undersigned, acting as General Manager of Empresa Portuaria Puerto Montt, by virtue of
of the provisions of Articles 9? and 10″ of Law No. 18,045, on the Securities Market, and as prescribed
in the General Rules N*30/1989 and N*364/2014 of your Commission, I come to communicate
as an Essential Fact the following matter.
On May 26, 2022, we received letter N*151, of the aforementioned day, through which the System
of Companies – SEP reported that its Board of Directors agreed in a session of May 26, 2022 to designate
Mrs. Maritza Araneda Hernández as director of Empresa Portuaria Puerto Montt, en
replacement and under the same conditions as Ms. Patricia Palacio Mackay, from the
May 27, 2022 and until October 1, 2025.
The matter communicated above as an Essential Fact has no effect on the
Company results.
