Arica.
At the 186th extraordinary board meeting held today, it was agreed that
unanimously appoint Mr. Jorge Cáceres as the new General Manager of the company
Godoy, who will assume his duties as of May 15, 2023.
Until the date already indicated, the General Manager will continue to hold this position (1)
Mr. Andrés Gómez Errázuriz.
