Under the provisions of articles 9″ and 10″ of the Law
N*18.045, on the Securities Market and the provisions of the Character Standard
General N*364/2014 of your Commission, I communicate to you, as an essential fact
changes in the Administration, the following:
On August 22, 2022, in extraordinary session 180
held virtually, the Board of Directors of Empresa Portuaria Arica agreed to
Unanimity of its members:
(a) To terminate the employment contract of Mr. Rodrigo Pinto Astudillo
position of general manager of Empresa Portuaria Arica, as of August 24,
2022.
(b) Appoint Mr. Andrés Gómez Errázuriz as General Manager (Il) of Company
Portuaria Arica, as of August 24, 2022.
c) Approve, communicate the essential fact of change in the administration to the
Financial Market Commission.
