on the Securities Market, and the provisions of Section 2.2. of NCG 284 of 2010,
I communicate to you as an essential fact, changes in administration, the following:
By Ord. Nro. 138, dated 20.05.22 of the Executive Director of the
SEP Mr. Bernardo Troncoso Narváez, is informed that the SEP Council, in session of 19 of
May 2022, agreed that the Board of Directors of Empresa Portuaria Arica will be formed
as follows:
Mario Moya Montenegro, who is appointed as President of the
Board of Directors, in replacement and in the same conditions in which it worked
Mr. Marcelo Urrutia Aldunate, from May 23, 2022 to May 3
October 2023.
li. Mr. Roberto Gamboa Aguilar, replacing and under the same conditions in
that Ms. Paula Bunster Raby served, since May 23, 2022
and until October 1, 2025.
li. Ms. Claudia Moraga Contreras, in place and under the same conditions in
that Mr. José Granier Bulnes, from May 23, 2022
and until October 1, 2025.
