General Rule No. 30 of that Commission duly authorized, I comply with informing
You have the following Essential Fact:
At the Thirty-Third Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the company, held on April 21
From 2023 at 12:00 noon at the company’s offices, he pronounced on the following matters:
a) The 2022 Annual Report, the Balance Sheet and the other States were approved without observations
Financial of the company, as well as the Board of Directors expenses contained in the Annual Report.
(b) The following persons were elected directors of the company for a period of three years:
1.- Macarena Carvallo Silva
2.- Verónica Boloña Urzúa
3.- Demián Arancibia Zeballos
4.- Alfonso Montes Sánchez
5.- Sergio Granados Aguilar
c) The distribution of profits for the year 2022 amounting to $ 3,372,406,241 was agreed.-, to the payment
of a final dividend of Ch$1,348,962.4964.- per share.
(d) The remuneration of directors was fixed.
(e) Price Waterhouse 8 was designated. Coopers Consultores Auditores SpA. to carry out the Audit
of the Financial Statements, with their corresponding reports, for the year 2023.
