From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 63 of Law No. 18,046, through the
We hereby inform you that the board of directors of PHI General Administrator of
Fondos S.A., agreed to call the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on April 25
of 2023, at 10:00 am, in our offices located in Marchant Pereira, N*10, 16th floor,
commune of Providencia, Santiago, in order to submit for your consideration the following
matters, among others, specific to a board of this nature (the “Board”):
l. Approve the Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and their
corresponding notes and Reports and opinion of the External Auditors
Independent, corresponding to the year ended 31 December
2022;
2. Decide on the distribution of dividends;
3. Appoint the External Audit company for the year 2023;
4. Renew the directory;
5. Determine the remuneration that will correspond to the directors until the
next Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting;
6. Report on the operations referred to in Title XVI of Law N*
18.046; and
7. To hear and rule on other matters which, in accordance with
the legal provisions applicable to the Company and its bylaws are
typical of this type of Boards.
The rationale for the options to be proposed to the Board, in particular to appoint
to the External Audit Company for the year 2023, is available to the
shareholders in the Social Offices, as well as on the website www.phiagf.cl
