By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph of article 10 of
Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of Article 18 of Law No? 20.712, we communicate to you
as an ESSENTIAL FACT, that at the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors held today:
Mr. Eduardo Muñoz Marín presented his resignation from the position of general manager of PHI General Administrator of
Fondos S.A., which will be effective as of March 31, 2023. In consideration of the above, and the provisions
in Article 49 of Law N* 18,046, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Michele Silvestro Laneri as Manager
General of the Company, who will assume the position as of April 1, 2023.
The society thanks Mr. Muñoz for his contribution and professionalism during the exercise of his position.
