Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph of article
10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20.712,
we communicate to you as an ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
That Ms. Verena Horst von Thadden submitted her resignation from the position of Director of PHI Administrator
General de Fondos S.A., for personal reasons, which was learned in the Ordinary Session of
Directory held today.
In consideration of the foregoing and the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 18,046 and Article 71 of its
Regulations, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint as a substitute director and until the next Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders, date on which the entire Board of Directors must be renewed, to Mr. Joaquín Cortéz Huerta.
The Society thanks Ms. Horst for her contribution during her tenure.
