REF.: Informs award of Tender of Disability and Survival Insurance period 2023-2024.
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of DFL 251, in conjunction with Article 10% of Law N2
18.045, Circulars N * 662 and N * 991 both of the Commission for the Financial Market and duly
authorized to do so, I inform you as an essential fact of Penta Vida Compañía de Seguros de Vida S.A. (“the
Company”), as follows:
As established in the rules of public tender for Disability and Survival Insurance
corresponding to the period 2023-2024, on April 26, 2023, we were notified by the “Committee
Tender SIS 2023 of the Association of AFP A.G.” of the official results of the aforementioned tender, being
awarded to Penta Vida Compañía de Seguros de Vida S.A., 6 fractions of men with a rate of
Administration offered of 0.012% and 3 fractions of women with an administration rate offered of 0.012%
0.016%, both from the coverage period from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
For its part, we also inform that the subscription of the aforementioned insurance contract is
of importance to the Company and that we estimate that the financial effects of the transaction before
indicated translate into better results for the Company as a result of the income of higher premiums
insurance.
