REF: Informs Full Capital Decrease
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article Nine and Ten, both of Law N2 18,045 and Circular
N*991, on behalf of Penta Vida Compañía de Seguros de Vida Chile S.A. (the Company), and
being duly empowered to do so, I come to inform you, that by public deed of
dated January 19, 2023, granted at the Notary of Don Patricio Raby Benavente, whose extract
was registered outside the social registration in the Commercial Register of the Conservator of
Real Estate of Santiago dated January 27, 2023, the capital decrease of
full right of the Company.
The above statement was made whenever the capital increases agreed at the Meetings
Extraordinary Shareholders dated May 25, 2018, whose minutes consist of a public deed
dated May 29, 2018 before the Notary Public of Santiago Mr. Patricio Raby Benavente,
supplemented by public deed dated August 3, 2018, and October 19, 2019,
reduced to public deed with the same date in the Notary of Santiago of Don Patricio Raby
Benavente, were not fully subscribed within the period of 3 years counted from each Meeting
Extraordinary. In this way, the share capital has been reduced to what is actually issued,

subscribed and paid on that date, that is, to the sum of $267,855,600,530.- divided into 311,434,581
ordinary shares, registered shares, of equal value and without par value, the foregoing in accordance with
the provisions of Article 24 of the Law on Corporations and Articles 18 and 46 of its
Regulation.
